Demon Warrior Definitive Edition
Demon Warrior for Definitive Edition. The transfer from Classic was made as smooth as possible but there may be hiccups that I will squash now that the main work is done. Shout out to fantastic modders Odinblade and Heaphaistos for helping me with the engine and getting this mod up and running. Also to the Larian Development Team for helping bugfix and fix the engine with some problems I was having. Enjoy the mod and feel free to comment your thoughts 😀
26 Skills are currently implemented in the Necromancy tree and scale with Intelligence except the few weapon skills that will scale with your weapons:
BLOOD BLAST — Shout Spell that causes physical damage around you and creates a surface of blood.
BLOOD ARMOUR — Self Buff that increases max Physical Armour and restores lost armour from blood around you.
DEAL WITH THE DEVIL — Self Buff that lowers CONTS and WITS to give you max AP for 3 turns.
CONVERSION — Transfer 15% of your life into 25% Magic Armour and regain a Source Point. There is no stat for just taking life off yourself so I had to apply a heal effect but give negative health. That’s why is says «Restore — #Value» and not «Lose #Value». Still works though.
SOUL PIERCE — Become an invisible demonic specter and soar through your target dealing Piercing damage and absorb their pain as Magic Armour. Scales with weapons.
SANGUINE LEAP — Necro mobility skill that lets you leap to a location and land in a blood explosion dealing physical damage.
SUMMON DEMONIC HOUND — Summon Spell that calls a Demon Hound with BATTERING RAM, ENRAGE and PROVOKE to give you a hand.
DEEPEST DESIRES — Immobilize nearby enemies that have no Magic Armour with their deepest, most intimate desires for 1 turn.
HELLFIRE — AoE target spell that rains fire onto an area and creates fire surface.
DARK LIGHTNING — Shout spell that automatically targets all enemies, deal piercing damage and sets burning.
THIRST FOR CARNAGE — Spell that hits target with a state of BLOODTHIRT for 2 turns, and also affects anyone in their immediate surroundings. (Inspired by Lohse’s story of her audience going feral)
BLOODTHIRST — Sets a state of ENRAGE and MAD (LET THE BLOOD FLOW. )
RAVAGING CHARGE — Necromancers version of Battering Ram that knocks down and bleeds targets and creates a trail of blood to allow for CC. More AP than Warriors Battering Ram though to show they know how to best use a skill like that.
INFERNAL ARMS — Sacrifice your own vitality and CONT for a powerful damage boost and burn properties. The sort of skill for either overkill or a last ditch effort in a tough fight.
MANIFESTATION — Touch spell that deals piercing damage to target and rips from their hearts, their fears and thoughts, allowing a demonic manifestation to be spawned for 6 turns.
SUMMON GUARD OF THE ARCHDEMON — (2 Source Points Needed) Bring in the Magi, Assassin and Soldier of your own Demonic Guard Retinue to bolster your forces.
HOWL OF THE TORMENTED — AoE Spell that calls forth a skeletal avatar to burn the field and terrify the targets. Sets Necrofire.
SUMMON TORMENTED SOULS — Summon in three souls bound to suffer for all eternity to help you or suffer greater pain. Immune to fire.
SERVE NEW MASTER — Dominate a targets summon, ensuring your will is followed and not their own masters. Resisted by Magic Armour.
BECOME ARCHDEMON — (3 Source Points Needed) Ascend to the form of an Archdemon, granting you access to increased power in all magic schools and new spells to use.
ARCHDEMON OMNIPOTENCE — Grants the user a major buff to all schools of magic, covering any INT school.
DOMINATION — An unblockable charm that renders the victim at the whims of the Archdemon.
MARK OF DAMNATION — Mark the target with a sigil the marks their souls and debuffs the victim.
FURY OF NEMESIS — Split the heavens and sunder the target area with lightning from the Realm of Nemesis severely damaging all in its fury.
BECOME LESSER DEMON — (1 Source Point Needed) Become a lesser demon and gain Demon Prowess and new skills for 4 turns.
DEMON PROWESS — Increase all COMBAT STATS and INIT for 4 turns to dominate the battlefield.
DEMON ASSAULT — Demonic version of Onslaught that DEMON FORM grants access too for no source cost and causes bleeding but has a high AP cost (hint Deal with the Devil is there to counter high costs).
DEMON FUSILLADE — Ranged weapon skill that DEMON FORM grants access too that rains 8 concentrated shots of demon blood onto a small target area. Creates blood surface and cripples on hit.
DEMON ERUPTION — Any weapon skill that the DEMON FORM grants access too that splits the ground beneath a target areas feet to allow hellscape of Nemesis to rupture through dealing fire damage and creating Necrofire.
Traders are now in-game and are located in Fort Joy (Griffs Area), Lady Vengeance Act 2 (near figurehead), Driftwood (near main bridge) and Arx (to the left of main entrance).
Spells can be located in a vase next to the Old Source King Waypoint.
