Этот драйвер/программа предназначены для «разгона» USB мышей под версиями:

• Windows от 98 до XP x64
• Windows Vista 32 bit
• Windows Vista 64 bit
• Windows 7 32 bit
• Windows 7 64 bit

(с отключенной проверкой подписи драйверов).

Программа изменяет частоту опроса исключительно мыши, не затрагивая
прочие устройства на USB.

Лично мной проверены Windows 98SE, Windows 2000 SP2/SP4,
Windows XP RTM/SP1/SP2, Windows Vista 32 bit RTM, Windows Vista 64 bit RTM, Windows 7.
Тестирование под Windows XP x64 SP1 выполнил Dark_Cloud.

Установка.
1. Для версий операционных систем начиная с Windows XP для успешной
работы ТРЕБУЕТСЯ наличие оригинальной (неизмененной) версии
системного драйвера USBPORT.SYS (%sytemroot%\system32\drivers\usbport.sys)

2. Установка моего драйверa HIDUSBF.SYS. Для для этого зайти в SETUP.EXE
(в каталоге с ним должны быть .INF и .SYS). Нажать Install Service.

В случае неустановки сервиса драйвера через SETUP.EXE
(кнопка Install Service) необходимо установить сервис драйвера
средствами ОС: правая кнопка мыши на файле HIDUSBF.INF -> Установить

Затем выбрать строчку с мышью и поставить птичку Filter On Device.
Убедиться что в колонке Filter для мыши стоит Yes.
Далее выбрать желаемую частоту. После этого нажать Restart.
Проверить, что частота изменилась (например программой Mouse Rate Checker).

Если частота все же не изменилась, то либо перегрузиться, либо выдернуть
и вставить мышь, либо остановить и запустить ее в Device Manager.

Если частота не увеличивается выше 125 герц, то попробовать УМЕНЬШИТЬ ее
до 31 или 62 герц. Если частота уменьшается — то следовательно
драйвер функционирует правильно, однако либо мышь не разгонябельна
либо USBPORT.SYS неоригинальный или слишком новый и поэтому неизвестен
программе.

3. Начиная с Windows XP: Если есть уверенность, что мышь должна
разгоняться, но в реальности в п.2 этого не происходит, то для проверки
можно попробовать загрузить исправленную версию USBPORT.SYS.
В ней в файл прошиты те изменения, которые драйвер пытается делать
налету (в памяти). На настоящий момент есть версии для Windows XP SP2
и Windows XP x64 SP1. Взять можно отсюда:

Как добавить драйвера USB 3.0 в дистрибутив Windows 7

Несмотря на то, что Windows 10 сейчас фактически стала стандартом для современных компьютеров и ноутбуков, Windows 7 не спешит окончательно уходить на покой. Зачастую такой выбор обусловлен специфическим софтом, который не работает на десятке или работает как-то криво, а не какими то религиозными соображениями.

Формально, порты USB 2.0 ещё встречаются на современном железе, но управляются чаще контроллерами версии 3.0, а это значит что без интеграции драйверов в дистрибутив Windows 7 уже не обойтись, ведь семёрка ничего не знает о USB-контроллерах третьего поколения.

Существует несколько специализированных утилит для интеграции драйверов USB 3.0 в установщик Windows 7 от Intel, ASRock, MSI и Gigabyte:

• Windows 7 USB 3.0 Creator Utility от Intel. Ранее её можно было скачать по ссылке https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25476/Windows-7-USB-3-0-Creator-Utility, но сейчас этой странички больше нет, потому можете скачать утилиту с моего сайта
• Gigabyte Windows USB Installation Tool
• MSI Win 7 Smart Tool
• ASRock Win 7 USB Patcher

Конечно, можно ещё интегрировать драйвера USB 3.0 вручную, при помощи утилиты DISM или использовать популярную программу для кастомизации дистрибутивов nLite, но зачем усложнять, если всё за вас уже сделали. Если будет интересно, могу рассказать (напишите в комментариях), но полагаю что и этих вариантов будет достаточно.

Лично мне больше по душе варианты от Intel и gigabyte. Сложного тут ничего нет, главное скачайте с сайта Microsoft оригинальный образ Windows 7 (всякие сборки тут могут не прокатить) и по возможности обзаведитесь быстрой флешкой.

Как сделать установочную флешку Windows 7 с USB 3.0 на примере Windows 7 USB 3.0 Creator Utility

Важно! Windows 7 USB 3.0 Creator Utility от Intel работает только на Windows 8.1 и выше.

Ранее на сайте Intel была даже небольшая инструкция по работе с данной утилитой, скачать можно отсюда . Переписываем образ диска Windows 7 (предварительно скачиваем с сайта Microsoft) на флешку с помощью утилиты Rufus (о ней я уже рассказывал подробнее ).

Далее, запустив Windows 7 USB 3.0 Creator Utility остаётся только указать нашу флешку и ждать. Хочу заметить, что на медленных флешках процесс может затянуться на пару часов. Показателем что всё готово, в случае с Windows 7 USB 3.0 Creator Utility будет надпись «SUCCESS!».

Расписывать процесс интеграции драйверов в других утилитах я особого смысла не вижу, от вас требуются минимальные действия в указании где находятся образ диска и флешка на которую записать результат работы. Теперь можно без труда установить Windows 7 с флешки, подключенной к контроллеру usb3.0. Правда в моём случае все усилия были тщетны.

USB Mice Overclocking Software (for Windows)

1. Short description. This driver/program is intended to «overclock» USB mice (and other devices) under Windows 98, 98SE, ME, 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10 including x64 versions. Also may be used for downclocking (and downclocking shall work always).

. Note — overclocking may not work for Low speed devices which controlled by non Microsoft USB stack, like USB 3.x at Windows 7 or newest Microsoft drivers.

. Note 2 — you shall disable Secure Boot or modify the registry to enable loading of Microsoft unsigned drivers to successfully load driver under Windows 10 x64 version 1607 (Anniversary Update) or newer versions.

Program changes only mouse rate, not touching other devices on USB.

I have personally tested it under Windows 98SE, 2000 SP2/SP4, XP RTM/SP1/SP2/SP3, XP x64 SP2, Vista 32 bit RTM/SP2, Vista 64 bit RTM, 7 x86 SP1, 7 x64 SP1, 8 x64, 8.1 x64, 10 x64 1803, 10 x64 1809. Testing under Windows XP x64 SP1 was performed by Dark_Cloud.

1. Installation.
2. Downclocking (all devices and drivers) or overclocking of Full Speed USB devices is possible always and there is no need to patch system code.

So, if you use program for this purpose — take drivers from directories DRIVER\NTX86\NOPATCH\ and DRIVER\AMD64\NOPATCH\ and replace drivers from directories DRIVER\NTX86\ and DRIVER\AMD64\

Because Windows 2000 doesn’t have restrictions of overclocking Low Speed USB devices in system code — you can use the driver from DRIVER\NTX86\NOPATCH
always. Windows 98 and ME also don’t have such restrictions, so there is no patch version of driver for these OSes at all.

For OSes begining from Windows XP for successful overclocking of Low Speed USB devices is REQUIRED the presence original (not altered by other programs) version of system driver USBPORT.SYS (%sytemroot%\system32\drivers\usbport.sys). Windows 8 beginning also works with USBXHCI.SYS (%sytemroot%\system32\drivers\usbxhci.sys). And under Windows 7 is supported Intel xHCI driver (IUSB3XHC.SYS) (see additions in HIDUSBFN.ZIP)

Install my driver HIDUSBF.SYS. For this purpose execute SETUP.EXE (there should also be .INF and .SYS files). Click Install Service.

In case of HIDUSBF service wasn’t installed through SETUP.EXE (button «Install Service») you may try to do this by OS standard possibility: mouse right button click on HIDUSBF.INF -> Install

Then choose the line with your mouse and put a checkmark Filter On Device. Check that in the row Filter it says Yes. After that choose desired refresh rate. After that click Restart. Check if the refresh rate has really changed (for example with the program Mouse Rate Checker).

If your rate did not change, then you should either restart, plug out and plug in mouse cable or stop your mouse and restart it in Device Manager.

If the rate does not increase more than 125Hz, then you should try DECREASE it to 31Hz or 62Hz. If the rate does decrease, then the driver functions properly, however or you mouse is not overclockable; or USBPORT.SYS/USBXHCI.SYS was altered or simply too new and so unknown to the program.

Unlink driver from mouse through SETUP.EXE (Filter = Unchecked)

For removing a service and file of driver: mouse right button click on HIDUSBFU.INF -> Install

If you have delete a driver but not unlink it from mouse then the mouse will stop working. To make mouse working you may simply delete device, corresponding to mouse in Device Manager, then scan for new devices. Or use SETUP.EXE->[All] or [with Problem] or [with HIDUSBF] Devices-> Filter = Unchecked->[Restart]

1. I was surprised to learn that some people use driver to change rate of Full speed USB mice. So, nonpatching version of x64 driver returned to package and such kind of using described in Installation section.

However, if there is observed some anomalies — you may go back to old working sequence (corrected USBPORT.SYS + driver in the folder DRIVER\STD).
