Sashazem, Лучше опишите с какого перепуга вам понадобились драйвера на устройства, которые не нужны по определению.
ps На HDD и DVD приводы не нужны драйвера, нужны обычно на интерфейс по которому они подключены.

Windows 10 drivers for my DVD player HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GT20N
I have a Toshiba Satellite L500, Model Number: PSLS0A-016002 which came with Windows 7 OS. I updated to Windows 10 for free when it popped up on my PC. Everything works well except my DVD player and so I am wondering how I can get it to work again as it isn’t being recognised by Windows 10.
Please help as I use my DVD player for a number of things but haven’t been able to since installing Win 10.
Also, if the DVD drive is not working there is the following FAQ from Toshiba which also applies to Windows 10 upgrade:
Try uninstalling the two programs (TOSHIBA Recovery Media Creator, TOSHIBA Disc Creator) if they are installed.
Be sure to restart the computer afterward.
If you are looking for software to play DVDs you could try VLC Player:
