Инструкция по запросу технической поддержки
Прежде, чем написать нам на support@mikrotik.ru:
1. Убедитесь пожалуйста, что у вас установлены последняя(Current) версия RouterOS и firmware. Если это не так, то обновите ваше оборудование до последних версий и убедитесь, что проблема осталась.
2. Прочитайте страницу FAQ, может быть ответ на ваш вопрос уже имеется!
3. Если вы испытываете затруднение с какой-то конкретной конфигурацией, проверьте Wiki, может быть там вы найдете пример нужной вам конфигурации!
4. Напишите нам номер заказа или счета, если приобретали оборудование у нас. К сожалению, мы не можем оказывать техническую поддержку для всех организаций, которые продают оборудование MikroTik на территории РФ. Вы всегда можете обратиться за помощью к своему продавцу.
5. Укажите пожалуйста название модели и серийный номер оборудования, с которым возникли проблемы.
6. Пользователи демо-лицензии должны приобрести лицензию для получения технической поддержки.
7. Напишите подробное описание проблемы, включая информацию о конфигурации вашей сети. Если есть схемы, то также приложите их.
8. Если проблема заключается в конфигурации оборудования, то выполните экспорт конфигурации командой /export file=config. Скачайте файл config.rsc с вашего маршрутизатора, и приложите к вашему сообщению о запросе технической поддержки.
9. Сохраняйте пожалуйста предыдущую переписку в теле письма, когда отвечаете.
Пожалуйста, обратите внимание, что техническая поддержка не включает обучение сетевым технологиям. Вы должны прочесть мануал и иметь базовые знания о сетевых технологиях (что такое IP-адрес, что такое адрес сети, как пользоваться масками, как использовать ‘traceroute’ для диагностики проблем, и т.п.).
Если вам нужна срочная помощь, вы всегда можете обратиться за платной тех. поддержкой.
Расценки на удаленную настройку начинаются с 2.000 рублей. На настройку , с выездом к вам специалиста с 3.500 рублей.
Оплата возможна, как наличными, так и различными вариантами безналичной оплаты.
Если сразу непонятно, в чем именно заключается ваша проблема, возможно-ли ее оперативно решить, и соответственно сколько это будет стоить, то требуется диагностика.
Стоимость диагностики — 500 рублей, вне зависимости от результата.
