OpenShift как корпоративная версия Kubernetes
«В чем разница между Kubernetes и OpenShift?» – этот вопрос возникает с завидным постоянством. Хотя на самом деле это все равно что спрашивать, чем автомобиль отличается от двигателя. Если продолжить аналогию, то автомобиль – это готовый продукт, им можно пользоваться сразу же, буквально: сел и поехал. С другой стороны, чтобы двигатель вас куда-то повез, его сначала надо дополнить массой других вещей, чтобы в итоге получить все тот же автомобиль. Поэтому Kubernetes – это такой двигатель, вокруг которого собран автомобиль (платформа) марки OpenShift, который и везет вас к цели.
