Quite Imposing Plus for Macintosh
1. Make sure you have what you need
You should have macOS 10.11 (El Capitan) to 10.15 (Catalina).
You should be running Acrobat 9.0/10.0/11.0/2015/2017/DC Professional (including Creative Cloud) on a compatible macOS system.
2. Download the software
You can download and use Quite Imposing Plus. This is the full software, but unless you previously purchased it, it will work for you in a demonstration mode. The main effect of this is that all your imposed pages will be marked with a large X . You can still print your imposed pages to fully test the software.

If you have previously purchased or downloaded any earlier version since 5.0, you can install this new version over the top of the old; licensing information is preserved. If you have a license for version 1, 2 or 3, you may need to purchase an upgrade.
3. Run the installer
If you don’t seem to have an Install Quite Plugins file yet, you should read our instructions on installing software from a DMG file.
4. Start Acrobat
If all is well, you will now have a new menu item Plug-ins > Quite Imposing Plus 5 > Imposition control panel . Select this and you should see a window About Quite Imposing Plus . Click OK to start working, or click Guide to start reading the online guide.

Upgrading between versions of Acrobat
When you install a new version of Acrobat, the location of plug-ins will be different, will need to reinstall the plug-in.
Download software
1. Check the system requirements
You will need the following:
- A computer running a full copy of Adobe Acrobat (Standard or Professional) . The free Adobe Reader or Acrobat Reader will not work.
- For the Macintosh version, a Macintosh running macOS 10.9 to 10.15 and Acrobat 9.0/10.0/11.0/2015/2017/DC Professional. Earlier versions of Acrobat will not work. Please read Adobe’s system requirements carefully. For instance, Acrobat DC requires macOS 10.9 or above, and Catalina macOS 10.15 requires Acrobat DC or 2017. .
- For the Windows version, Windows 7 or 10 and Acrobat 9.0/10.0/11.0/2015/2017/DC (Standard or Professional). The plug-ins are supported on the same Microsoft Windows system as Acrobat. Please read Adobe’s system requirements carefully.
2. Go to the appropriate download page
So good that you want to share the plug-in?
We are happy for you to give copies of the plug-in to your friends and colleagues, so that they can try out a demonstration too. You must not pass on any serial number you may have been issued with. If you would like to include the plug-in on a web site or CDROM you must contact us first.

Quite A Box Of Tricks is a plug-in for Acrobat XI (11.0) back to 7.0. Not currently available for Acrobat DC/2015/2017.
Features include conversion to CMYK or greyscale, shrinking images to reduce PDF file size, thickening «hairlines», transformations, integrating form fields with documents, all text to black, and detailed info on text and images. ICC profiles can be used for CMYK conversion.
Quite Revealing
Quite Revealing is a plug-in for Acrobat XI (11.0) back to 7.0. Not currently available for Acrobat DC/2015/2017.
Finds and fixes problem elements within a PDF document. After pre-flighting and the file has been rejected you need to know exactly where the problem lies within your document. Features include pinpointing transparency, overprinting, transfer functions, font issues, spot colour and RGB plus more.

Quite Imposing Plus is a plug-in for Adobes Acrobat 9, «X» (10), «XI» (11) and DC. It does. Imposing. This is all about combining pages onto larger sheets to make books, booklets, or special arrangements. Creating booklets or arranging complex imposition layouts has never been easier and all without leaving Acrobat! (High end users who don’t want to use Acrobat can use our hot folder product Quite HOT Imposing)
The man in our logo on the right is doing imposing as it used to be done — manually. This was a craftsmans task which required much expertise and skill behind it.
