Новые принтеры марки Samsung при первом подключении к системе требуют процедуры настройки. Это достаточно простой процесс, который может провести каждый. Всего-навсего потребуется проинсталлировать программное обеспечение, выпущенное производителем.

Первоначально потребуется скачать драйвера для принтера Samsung ML-1640 по ссылкам, которые размещены в начале статьи. При этом необходимо учитывать количество бит операционной системы (32 или 64) и ее версию. Откройте менеджер загрузок браузера и запустите оттуда мастер установки.

Начинается установка с разархивации временных файлов, которые необходимы для работы. Можно оставить папку, которая выбрана по умолчанию или сменить путь нажатием кнопки «Change…». Продолжить установку можно кликом по ссылке «Next».

После распаковки файлов, на приветственном окне из выпадающего списка выбираем язык установки – «Русский». Продолжаем процесс нажатием «Далее».

Из опций по установке отмечаем точкой пункт «Обычная». Нажимаем «Далее» для продолжения.

Подключаем печатающее устройство к системному блоку специализированным кабелем из комплекта поставки. Вставляем штекер в розетку 200 В и запускаем принтер. При появлении окна «Мастер настройки новых устройств» закрываем его. Нажимаем «Далее».

Программа завершит установку принтера и его настройку в системе. При завершении не забудьте снять галочку с пункта «Да, я хочу зарегистрироваться». Кнопка «Готово» завершает процесс настройки.
