Полные версии SonicStage 4.2 и 4.3

Вниманию предлагаются полные дистрибутивы SonicStage 4.2.02 для Windows 2000 и XP (35 Мб) и 4.3.01 для Windows Vista (38 Мб). Все дистрибутивы содержат только родные компоненты от SONY с родным инсталлятором и слегка изменёнными скриптами.

Отличия от официальных дистрибутивов (для VAIO):

1. Удалены системные компоненты: DirectX 9.0c, Windows Media Format 9.0, Windows Media Format 9.5, Microsoft Data Access Components 2.5. В результате размер дистрибутивов уменьшен на 55 Мб.
2. Удалена поддержка SONY CONNECT STORE.
3. Добавлена автоматическая установка SonicStage Security Update и набора Personal Audio Drivers последней доступной версии. В дистрибутив 4.2.02 также добавлен MiniDisc Simple Burner 2.0.05 (его установку можно отменить).
4. В меню Help вместо ссылки на сайт поддержки VAIO добавлена ссылка на форумы minidisc.org.

Эксклюзивчик для любителей прекрасного — ультиматерная версия SonicStage 4.3.01 (37 Мб). Вместо латанного-перелатанного родного OpenMG 4.7 вставлен аккуратненький OpenMG 5.0 от японской СС44, переточенный под английскую версию. В итоге, по идее, всё должно стабильно работать. Дрова — тоже от СС44, как и в ранее выложенных версиях.

Ставится подо что угодно (Windows 2000/XP/Vista). Рекомендую попробовать и сообщить о результатах. У меня самого, вроде бы, нормально работает.

Входит в комплект 4.4, но удаляет и предыдущие версии.

На первом экране жмём левую кнопку, на втором ставим нижний переключатель (чтобы удалить все компоненты) и тоже жмём левую кнопку.

Дрова при этом не удаляются. Папки тоже не удаляются. И в реестре мусор остаётся. Но исполняемые файлы и библиотеки вычищаются. То есть, перед сменой версий запустить эту штуку имеет смысл — после отработки штатного удалятора, который оставляет ещё больше мусора.

Блин, сначала обрадовался, что наконец-то не придется руками выковыривать все связанное с СС, ан нет.
Ну радует хоть, что он библиотеки нормально отключает и потом можно без бубна все остальное поудалять в ручном режиме.

Кстати, последняя версия СС — уже 5.1. Только японская и без поддержки MD.

Download «SonicStageInstaller» first.

After executing «SonicStageInstaller», only the files needed for your computer will be downloaded and then SonicStage will be installed. (When executing «SonicStageInstaller, Internet connection will be needed.)

Before Download

* For Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 / Windows XP Media Center Edition 2004 / Windows XP Media Center Edition / Windows XP Professional / Windows XP Home Edition
To install this software, you must log on with a user name with «Computer Administrators» as an attribute. And you must log on with the user name «Administrators» or «Power Users» to use the SonicStage software.

* For Windows 2000 Professional (Service Pack 3 or later)
You must log on as «Administrators» to install the SonicStage software. And you must log on with the user name «Administrators» or «Power Users» to use the SonicStage software.

[Download Procedure]

Please follow the steps below to download the SonicStageInstaller.

1. Connect to the Internet.
2. Set up the folder for storing the downloaded file on your hard disk. Assume the folder is named «ss_dl» and it is made in C drive.
3. Download the following file on the folder created at Step2.
   SonicStageInstaller.exe
   (The download of above file will be started, clicking «I accept» button below this page. Follow the instructions on-screen dialog box.)
4. After the download is completed, select [Views]-[Details] in the Explorer to check the file size. If the file size is not the same as the file size showing above, try to download the file again.

Note: Do not make the system go into a suspend, sleep, and hibernation mode during the download.

[Install Procedure]

Once the download of «SonicStageInstaller.exe» is completed, please follow the steps below to install to the SonicStage on your computer.

If «MD Simple Burner», «Net MD Simple Burner», «OpenMG Jukebox» icon is displayed on the task tray, remove the icon from there.

1. Confirm the PC is connected to the Internet.

* «SonicStageInstaller.exe» downloads only the files necessary for your PC and then installs SonicStage. Your personal information is not sent to the server when downloading this program.

1. Click [Start] on the task tray and click [Run. ]. Then the dialog box [Run] will appear.
2. Input «C:\ss_dl\SonicStageInstaller.exe» in there, and click [OK].
3. SonicStageInstaller window will appear. Click [OK] and start downloading the files.
4. Follow the on-screen prompt to complete the download and installation.
5. Click [Done] to restart your PC, when the «Complete» window appears.
6. Check whether the installation is completed successfully.

Open «SonicStage» and select [About SonicStage] from the [Help] menu.
If «SonicStage Version 3.4.xx.xxxxx» is displayed on the [About SonicStage] dialog box, your installation is completed successfully.
