First of all, I would like to let you know, your issue is related to the general question about Windows Server 2003. As we mainly focus on the Server Core question about Windows Server 2008 system and here is not the best support resource for Windows Server 2003, it is recommend you to get further support in the corresponding community so that you can get the most qualified pool of respondents. Thanks for your understanding.
Based on my research, it’s just a application crash, it doesn’t mean that the error is a Critical error. If you didn’t encountered any issue with your system, you can ignore it.

TktGenService.exe application was trying send emails and this was also using outlook files on the server mspst32.dll, the ms office version is 2003
Recently the mailbox used by this application was migrated to exchange 2010 server after which we were seeing these errors in application logs and the application was not able send emails, the application exe crashed when it tried to send emails
We reverted back the above change and moved the mailbox back to 2003 exchange server
Application was able to send emails and it didnt crash again, now we are looking on how to migrate this mailbox to exchange 2010, we are working with application support team on this issue
As of now the issue is resolved, thank you all for your posts

It is probably caused by a third party application / service, please perform a clean boot of Windows 2003 to troubleshoot, may need to selectively enable/disable services/applications to determine problem process.
